ATTN: Incoming LHHS Freshman

Below is information about physicals for CURRENT 8th GRADERS who will be INCOMING FRESHMAN at LHHS.

Incoming 9th Grade physicals:

Friday, May 2nd from 4:20-5pm at the LHHS MAC
The cost is $20 (cash only) and they ask that you have the UIL Physical Form filled out in advance.

Below is information about physicals for INCOMING 6th, 7th, and 8th GRADERS who will be INCOMING ATHLETES at LHMS.
